Return and cancellation policy

- The buyer has the right to exchange and (or) return non-food items of the required quality within 14 days, except for the date of purchase.
- We aim to refund you within 3-21 days of receiving the returned item.
- We do not accept returns for damaged goods, as well as goods received after the corresponding return period. If You try to return the goods, You will have to send it to us Yourself or pay the shipping cost.
- When returning the goods, you must provide us with the relevant checks and other documents related to the sale. Otherwise, it will not be possible to change or return the goods.
- The goods specified in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in the list of the goods which are not subject to change in retail objects on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, are not returned and are not changed.
